What if a guest doesn't return the charger?
Every rental is linked to the guest's payment method. If a charger isn't returned within 24 hours, the purchase price is automatically charged to them. You never absorb the cost and your staff is never involved.
Does this require WiFi or any IT setup from us?
None whatsoever. Every JUUCE station has a built-in SIM card and cellular data plan paid for by us. Your guest WiFi and internal network are completely untouched. The station is truly plug-and-play.
Is there really no cost to my venue?
Correct. JUUCE provides the station, installation, cellular connectivity, maintenance, guest support, and restocking at no cost. The only expense is electricity, approximately $3 per month.

Most bar installations use our countertop station which sits on a bar top or host stand with no floor space needed at all. Floor stand units have a footprint of 3 to 4 square feet. We'll recommend the right setup after a quick conversation about your space.

The typical timeline from signed agreement to live station is less than one week. We coordinate delivery and installation entirely around your schedule — you don't need to close early, brief staff, or prepare anything.
