Juicing and blending breaks down the cell walls of vegetables/fruit. Greens are great in a salad, the problem with eating them raw is a our body lacks the enzyme required to break down the cell walls of a plant. So you are not extracting all the nutrients from the green vegetable.
However, when greens are juiced/blended their cell walls are broken down so you can consume the maximum nutrients within the cells.

Why do our Juices only have a three day shelf life? Are they safe to consume after the 72 hour mark?
All our juices are completely natural and are never pasteurized, leaving them highly perishable.
We cold press our juice which maximizes the shelf life without destroying any nutrients and goodness within the juice for up to three days. Each juice will have a drink by date, and we advise that after this date our juices are not to be consumed.
As we don’t use any preservatives or additives, the juice you receive is in its natural state. Separation within juices/smoothies is perfectly normal.
As long as you take heed to the drink by date on your bottle, and keep it refrigerated at all times, then separation is not an indication of spoilage. Always keep your juices refrigerated.
Cold pressed juices are in other words called slow juicing where you are not damaging the vegetable/fruit as you are pressing it . Because the juice is pressed and not grinded it doesn’t allow for oxidation to have taken place therefore retaining all nutrients,vitamins and enzymes. As opposed to other juicers,such as the centrifugal machine, that use fast rotating blades creating a lot of heat which damages all the goodness in your vegetables. It has been proven that heat damages the vital enzymes and nutrients that we are trying to extract from the juice in the first place. With cold pressing there is no spinning blade causing no heat or oxidation to occur. This is why cold pressing have a much higher nutrient content. This is the reason our fresh juices only last a couple of days is because we do not alter the natural product whatsoever . We never use additives, colourings or preservatives in our juices. To get the full benefit of juicing, the product needs to be fresh to give you the benefit of all the nutrients and antioxidants. This makes cold pressed juices the purest, most nutritious and delicious juice one can consume.
